Chefs de France is a casual brasserie with classic French dishes at moderate prices. Monsieur Paul upstairs is fine dining with elevated cuisine and higher prices. Both are excellent—choose based on your budget and desired experience.
It's excellent and one of the most popular dishes ordered. The rich broth, caramelized onions, and melted Gruyère cheese make it a French classic done well.
